Ce rapport bisannuel fournit des statistiques d\u00e9terminantes pour mesurer l&#8217;avancement des femmes vers des postes de haute direction, et souligne l&#8217;\u00e9cart fond\u00e9 sur les diff\u00e9rences sexuelles. Chaque ann\u00e9e, Catalyst recueille les donn\u00e9es suivantes :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>la proportion des si\u00e8ges occup\u00e9s par des femmes au sein des conseils<\/li>\n<li>la proportion des postes de direction au sein des conseils des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s ouvertes\u00a0occup\u00e9s par des femmes<\/li>\n<li>la proportion des si\u00e8ges occup\u00e9s par des femmes au sein des conseils des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s ouvertes, soci\u00e9t\u00e9s de la couronne et coop\u00e9ratives<\/li>\n<li>les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s qui affichent 0 %, 25 % et plus, et plus de 40 % de femmes \u00e0 des postes d&#8217;administrateurs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Voici quelques-unes des conclusions de l&#8217;Enqu\u00eate 2013 :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>En 2013, les femmes occupaient 15,9 % des si\u00e8ges au sein des conseils d&#8217;administration des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s du classement Financial Post 500.<\/li>\n<li>En 2011 et 2013, aucune femme n&#8217;\u00e9tait repr\u00e9sent\u00e9e au conseil d&#8217;administration de pr\u00e8s de 40 pour cent des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Dans un cinqui\u00e8me des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s, le conseil d&#8217;administration comptait 25 % ou plus de femmes. Cependant, aucune femme ne faisait partie du conseil d&#8217;administration de plus d&#8217;un tiers des enterprises.<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li>La repr\u00e9sentation des femmes au sein des conseils des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s ouvertes a augment\u00e9 de pr\u00e8s de deux pour cent entre 2011 et 2013. Toutefois, c&#8217;est au sein des conseils de ces m\u00eames soci\u00e9t\u00e9s que la repr\u00e9sentation f\u00e9minine est la plus faible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les annexes contiennent d&#8217;autres
