L\u2019\u00e9quilibre entre les sexes au sein des conseils d&#8217;administration et de l\u2019\u00e9quipe de haute direction des entreprises est devenu un imp\u00e9ratif \u00e9conomique. Les entreprises figurant \u00e0 l&#8217;indice compos\u00e9 S&amp;P\/ TSX, largement consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme un barom\u00e8tre de l&#8217;\u00e9conomie canadienne, sont en t\u00eate du peloton quant \u00e0 l\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration du progr\u00e8s des femmes.<\/p>\n<p>Ce rapport offre un aper\u00e7u des progr\u00e8s r\u00e9alis\u00e9s par les entreprises figurant \u00e0 l &#8216;indice compos\u00e9 S&amp;P\/TSX sur une p\u00e9riode de cinq ans se terminant le 31 d\u00e9cembre 2019, ainsi qu&#8217;une perspective comparative des progr\u00e8s r\u00e9alis\u00e9s par rapport \u00e0 l&#8217;ensemble des entreprises qui divulguent leurs chiffres en mati\u00e8re de repr\u00e9sentation des femmes. Il fournit \u00e9galement une liste compl\u00e8te des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s de l&#8217;indice dont le conseil d&#8217;administration compte 30 % ou plus de femmes et dont les \u00e9quipes de direction comptent 30 % ou plus de femmes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"rich-report-horizontal-quote\"><strong>La participation \u00e9conomique et le leadership<\/strong> des femmes sont essentiels pour stimuler le rendement des entreprises et <strong>atteindre un \u00e9quilibre entre les sexes<\/strong> au sein des conseils d&#8217;administration des entreprises.<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both; width: 100%;\">\n<h3><strong>Principales conclusions <\/strong>:<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Les entreprises de l&#8217;indice compos\u00e9 S&amp;P\/ TSX ont fait des progr\u00e8s en ce qui concerne la pr\u00e9sence des femmes au sein des conseils d&#8217;administration : en 2019, les femmes repr\u00e9sentaient 27,6 % des membres des conseils d&#8217;administration, contre 18,3 % en 2015.<\/li>\n<li>Il reste cependant beaucoup \u00e0 faire pour faire progresser les femmes au sein des \u00e9quipes de direction. De 2015 \u00e0 2019, le pourcentage de femmes au sein des \u00e9quipes de direction des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s de l&#8217;indice compos\u00e9 S&amp;P\/ TSX n&#8217;a augment\u00e9 que de 15 % \u00e0 17,9 %.<\/li>\n<li>En ao\u00fbt 2019, chacune des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s de l&#8217;indice compos\u00e9 S&amp;P\/ TSX comptait au moins une femme au sein de son conseil d&#8217;administration, pour la premi\u00e8re fois depuis la cr\u00e9ation de cet indice.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<p><a
