Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ses efforts, le cabinet a connu une augmentation de 25 % des femmes occupant des postes cl\u00e9s en contact avec la client\u00e8le. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Inclusion des genres <\/strong> <\/p>\n<p>Taralyn est une force motrice dans la transformation de l\u2019entreprise afin qu\u2019elle soit plus inclusive pour les personnes trans, non binaires et diversifi\u00e9es sur le plan du genre. Ses efforts portent sur la mise \u00e0 jour les politiques internes afin de remettre en question les hypoth\u00e8ses cisgenres et h\u00e9t\u00e9ronormatives, sur l\u2019\u00e9largissement de la couverture des prestations afin d\u2019inclure les soins d\u2019affirmation de genre et sur la mise en \u0153uvre des options inclusives d\u2019auto-identification de genre dans les formulaires et les syst\u00e8mes internes. Elle se consacre \u00e0 la formation des g\u00e9n\u00e9rations futures de dirigeants D\u00c9I et fait progresser la recherche en D\u00c9I dans le cadre de son travail de doctorat.
