El 45% de ellas trabaja fuera del hogar y un 27% de las mujeres estudia a nivel post-grado. Muchas est\u00e1n buscando oportunidades de desarrollo y promoci\u00f3n en su carrera profesional en varias industrias y organizaciones. Para permanecer competitivo en este nuevo panorama empresarial global, la gesti\u00f3n de talento \u2014en particular con un enfoque en la diversidad y la inclusi\u00f3n\u2014 es crucial. Las organizaciones que buscan mantener su crecimiento financiero y su ventaja competitiva en M\u00e9xico deben reconocer el tema de diversidad de g\u00e9nero en el \u00e1mbito empresarial, y al hacerlo, aprovechar el poder en su totalidad de todo su talento.<\/p>\n<p>Este informe se basa en datos obtenidos en encuestas y entrevistas de empresas con oficinas corporativas en M\u00e9xico y empresas multinacionales con operaciones subsidiarias en M\u00e9xico en 12 industrias diferentes. Esto incluy\u00f3 29 compa\u00f1\u00edas que proporcionaron la representaci\u00f3n detallada de su fuerza laboral8 y datos de programaci\u00f3n como parte de una amplia encuesta sobre sus esfuerzos a nivel empresa.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A pesar de los avances, los roles tradicionales de cada g\u00e9nero, al igual que la escasez de programas o pol\u00edticas de apoyo al ingreso y a la promoci\u00f3n de las mujeres en la fuerza laboral, contin\u00faan presentando retos y frenando el progreso.<\/li>\n<li>De aquellos entrevistados, el 70% expres\u00f3 que el equilibrio entre la vida personal y el trabajo es un reto fundamental para las mujeres profesionistas en M\u00e9xico.<\/li>\n<li>De aquellos entrevistados, un 74% tambi\u00e9n mencion\u00f3 los valores familiares como un reto esencial en
