Letztendlich sollten Unternehmen bei der Art und Weise, wie M\u00e4nner ihre Maskulinit\u00e4t ausdr\u00fccken, mehr Spielraum bieten und Flexibilit\u00e4t erm\u00f6glichen. Mitarbeitende aller Geschlechter, auch M\u00e4nner, sollten sich darin unterst\u00fctzt f\u00fchlen, ein breites Spektrum an menschlichen Eigenschaften und Verhaltensweisen zu verk\u00f6rpern \u2013 unabh\u00e4ngig davon, ob diese Eigenschaften und Verhaltensweisen als stereotypisch m\u00e4nnlich, weiblich oder anderweitig betrachtet werden.
